Return and Cancellation Policy

We are always keen to provide full support to our customers, and do our best to meet their requirements. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our store, you can contact us. We provide you with a policy for returning and exchanging products according to the following controls:

Please keep your order number and provide a reason for your order in order to speed up the refund process.

Your application will be reviewed within a two-day response period and we will notify you via email of the results.

We reserve the right to extend the response time in exceptional cases with prior notice to you. We have facilitated the process for you through the following procedures:

 

 Time period policy for returning or replacing purchases and maintaining the balance of purchase

Return and exchange within (7) days from the date of purchase.

If you wish to return the amount after 7 days, 50% of the amount paid will be deducted.

If you wish to make a refund 3 days before the start of training, 75% of the amount paid will be deducted.

If you wish to make a refund when you start training, the amount cannot be refunded

The paid amount is kept in the customer’s balance for a period of (12) months and he can use it to purchase another training program.• Conditions for return and exchange

We always strive to provide the highest levels of service, and to benefit from our return and exchange policy, the following conditions must be met

  1. The original purchase invoice must be attached when initiating the exchange or return procedure.

  2. The customer has the right to refund the value or exchange it for another according to his choice, in accordance with the time period policy above.

  3. When requesting a return or exchange, the request is subject to an examination process by the administration to confirm the request for return or exchange, and the refund is approved after ensuring that the condition is consistent with the return policy.

  4. To complete the return process, it is necessary to have the purchase invoice from our store, which arrives on the customer’s email registered with us.

 Review your exchange or return request

If the return or exchange is due to a defect, in this case we review and examine the request. If the store finds out that the buyer has violated the terms and conditions of this policy and that the defect is the result of the buyer’s error, then we have the right to reject the request for exchange or return. Or the buyer will be responsible for the damage.

 Working hours and contact

We can help you and communicate with you during official working hours from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Saudi Arabia time. You can send your request to an email (Info@elite-t-s.com). For ease of processing your request, please mention the request number and name. The client registered with us and mentioned the name of the course/training program/service.

 Return and cash refund policy

Once we receive a request to refund a product purchase, we will send you an email to inform you that your request has been received, and we will also inform you that your request has been accepted or rejected.

If approved, your order will be processed, you can receive your refund to your original payment method, and your return must be initiated within (20) business days from the date of your refund request for the product.

If payment is made via one of the following methods (credit cards - Mada - Apple Pay), a bank cashback fee of (3.90)% will be deducted from the total amount paid.

If the amount due is not refunded, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the amount is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before recovery. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund,

 Exceptions that are not covered by the return and exchange policy

  1.   Errors resulting from the customer entering incorrect data during the purchasing process. The customer is fully responsible for choosing the products or courses in the basket and entering any personal data or billing and shipping address data.

  2. The store is not responsible for providing computer programs or computer hardware if the course/product requires practical applications on computers or computer programs.

  3. In the event of purchasing training courses and not attending the course on time.

  4. If the course is canceled for any reason, the amount will be refunded to the trainees or they will be compensated with another course. This is considered an option for the trainee and is not mandatory.

Replacement of the course/training program with another, provided that it is five (5) days before the start of the course.

If the trainee purchased the course/training program four (4) days or less before it began, the amount will not be refunded to him.

 

 

Attending electronic courses online:

Elite Elite Training is authorized to provide electronic training services.

The user of the service website provided for e-training acknowledges his knowledge of all requirements of the National Center for E-Learning

The user of the Elite Center for E-Training website acknowledges that he agrees to the terms and conditions of e-learning required by the National Center for E-Learning

General provisions for online electronic courses:

A visitor and member of the Elite Elite Center for Electronic Training website can learn about the training courses after registering on the center’s website and purchasing the courses from the website.

The user of the Elite Elite Center for Electronic Training website can participate in training courses through the website and purchase and transfer subscription fees to the center’s account or through multiple electronic payment methods.

The trainee has the right to postpone training according to the center’s schedules and coordination.

The trainee has the right to withdraw from the training programs after agreeing to the consequences of withdrawal, and the center is not responsible for his decision to withdraw, or any moral or material damage to him.

The Elite Excellence Training Center and its website have the right to amend, cancel or postpone training dates after prior notice to the trainees.
