مفهوم الأمن والسلامة المهنية يقصد بالأمن والسلامة المهنية: بأنّه مجموعة من الإجراءات التي تحفظ كلاً من العامل، والمنشأة التي يعمل فيها من حدوث أيّة أضرار ماديّة، أو مخاطر محققة تعطل عجلة الإنتاج الاقتصادي في شتى المجالات. لقد خرجت منظومة القوانين الخاصة بالأمن والسلامة المهنية لعدة اعتبارات أهمها: اعتبار أن العامل أصل العمليّة الإنتاجية، وأنّ تعرضه لأي خطر، أو تهديد يضر بسلامته، ويؤثر تأثيراً مباشراً على العمليّة الإنتاجية، وبالتالي ضعف دوران العجلة الاقتصادية. إنّ أي خطر يهدد سلامة العامل بالمنشأة، ويعرّض حياته للخطر، يعتبر منافياً للنص المعلن في حقوق الإنسان، والذي يقتضي بمنع تعريض حياة أي إنسان للخطر مهما كانت الظروف، ويشدد على حفظ سلامته، وحياته. إن الغاية من وضع منظومة قوانين الأمن والحماية المهنية تؤدي إلى حماية العامل، والعمليّة الإنتاجية، فكلما توفرت ظروف مهنيّة مناسبة لجو العمل، أدى ذلك إلى شعور العامل بالراحة، والأمان في وظيفته، ممّا يزيد إنتاجيته، وبالتالي زيادة معدل الإنتاج بشكل عام.

سياسة الإلغاء

Return/ cancellation policy The following policies shall be followed: A- Professional qualification 1- Cancellation or withdrawal from professional qualification is not allowed after payment. 2- Any amount that was paid to the certification body is not subject for refund (i.e after payment is made to the certifying body and registration is confirmed) 3- Member ship fees is not refundable. 4- In case of the withdrawal / cancellation, and withdrawal/ cancellation happened before 3 days from the start of the training, 75% of the training fees (excluding certification body fees) will be deducted. 5- In case the withdrawal/ cancellation happens when training starts, no refund will be granted. (i.e 100% of the total amount paid will be deducted) 6- The remaining amount due to the trainee after deduction will be retained by ECS (for 12 months) for the future use by the client from ECS’s products. B Short courses 1- The cancellation/ withdrawal can be allowed before start of the training 15 days. Any cancellation/ withdrawal happens within 15 days before the start of the training, it will be subject for deduction as follows: A. 50% deduction will be applied in case the cancellation/ withdrawal happens within 10 days before the start of the training. B. 75% deduction will be applied in case the cancellation/ withdrawal happens within 5 days before the start of the training. C. 100% deduction will be applied in case the cancellation/ withdrawal happens at the start of the training. D. The remaining amount due to the trainee after deduction will be retained by ECS (for 12 months) for the future use by the client from ECS’s products. 2- The change / replacement can be allowed before the start of the training as per the following conditions: A. The trainee has the option to change the course to another course (after payment) 15 days before the start of the original course. B. In case the change is approved by ECS then the trainee needs to wait until the selected course is delivered by ECS. C. In case the change is requested 5 days before the course starts, 50% of the course fees will be deducted. D. In case the change is requested when the training starts, 100% of the course fees will be deducted.
